The air conditioning control is frustratingly limited!!! The misleading descriptions of the rooftop pool are disappointing and confusing!!! Maintenance needs to be more diligent, especially concerning broken amenities like bathroom doors!!!

This hip new hotel is modern with lovely and great staff. The twin/double room overlooks swimming pool and includes an electric kettle and glassware. Offers great service and tasty food. Need to be mentioned, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Old Town. The staff were super friendly and kept the place spotless. Only downside, the pool area felt a bit cramped with not enough lounge chairs. Great experience!

The staff were great and location was good. Found in the pretty quiet area very close to central bus station, the hotel offered good prices.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Couple's retreat with accommodating staff
The place was a pleasant walk away from everything, and honestly, the breakfast was more tasty than I expected,, I mean, who doesn't love an all-you-can-eat option? Katerina were great when I misplaced my passport, going out of her way to help me. Can't stress this enough, that kind of service makes a mark.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, I think it was still reasonable.

Amazing stay with great staff!
Location is perfect, just a quick walk to the old town and beach. Angelika was super helpful with car rental and local spots. The pool area was refreshing but was kinda crowded at times. Breakfast was good, especially the packed lunches for our day trips!

pleasant stay but a few issues
The breakfast option, with all-you-can-eat choices, was a good highlight! The rooftop pool offered fine views over the mountains and the Adriatic. Katerina's excellent support in retrieving my misplaced passport personalized my experience. I also appreciated the spacious room with a lovely balcony with a nice spot to unwind.

The overall experience fell short for a so-called 4-star hotel. The rooftop pool is misleadingly marketed. It's more of a plunge pool, with barely any room for lounging in the sun due to obtrusive surrounding buildings. The air conditioning was a letdown, only allowing low or auto settings. Breakfast was repetitive over three mornings, with a lack of quality choices, with only vending machine coffee for convenience. Maintenance issues were apparent-like the bathroom door that didn't close at all and a laundry service that mischarged without clarification from reception. Space around the pool was limited due to a lack of enough lounge chairs. Clearly, there is a need for more attention to basic guest comfort.

The location near the beach makes it super convenient to access both the sea and the charming Old Town. My room featured a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and the towels were replaced daily. The breakfast was a letdown. Options were limited and lacked variety. I also struggled with the pool area, as the seating was quite limited. Some noise from outside was noticeable, especially in the mornings, impacting the peaceful vibe. The staff appeared friendly but could benefit from being more proactive in addressing guest concerns. The hotel has potential but needs to work on certain areas to earn its four-star rating.
